Wednesday Roll Call
Good morning friends!
Paul, I understand the frustration with lack of weight loss. I seem to be caught in a rut too. I mess with the same three pounds up and down. But this is a place where I was for a long time and I guess I need to let my body adjust and then it will let go.
Are you eating all your protein first? That makes a huge difference. Also you need to be getting at least 1200 calories and it doesn't sound like you are. I plan each days food on a program similar to fitday.com. That helps me know where the protein number is.
Take care everyone and have a good day. The sunshine is back!

Pre-surgery weight 218~ 12-02-08 weight 168
28 pounds to goal!

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Good Morning Paul, Paulette and everyone!!!!! Well I am off to work in a little while. No rest for the wicked !!!!! paul your body is just readjusting to the weight you have lost.
I had to have a Ultrasound done on my thyroid yesterday. Waiting for the results to be called in to me. I have a fullness on the left side of the thyroid. No wonder I feel so tired and sluggish and probably the reason for the 8 pound weight gain. I am not eating any different either. Go figure. When they get it figured out Ill probably loose weight again. Thank g-d it isnt 40 pounds!!!!!
